Comfortable room, great shower, super friendly staff, TV remote actually works, parking arrangements were not an ordeal like some large hotels. Plus, five minutes from the airport. Some parts of the room are showing its age, but everything worked. Overall, we'd stay here again no problem.
The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. I love that they have a free shuttle to and from the airport! Shout out to Matt at the front desk in the evening. Super nice guy! Great service!
She’s a bit worn in places and the front desk person wasn’t the most welcoming, but the food was good and bar service spot on. Actual reasonable food prices , which is amazing for a hotel bar.
It was okay, it was AAA approved hotel. When we got there one elevator was out of order which was very inconvenient for the amount of people there. Matthew and Lisa were very nice and helpful getting us checked in which I appreciated. With the elevator being out of order and having only one elevator accommodating a lot of people, I would have appreciated a first-floor room, but we were not asked about that. The bathrooms in the rooms were kind of outdated. The toilets were very low to the floor, we probably should have asked for a handicap room also the shower doors were glass and very heavy and the rear shower door was not on a track so it's swung Way open with a possibility of it coming off I think that's a safety issue. The shuttle to the airport was nice to have, the restaurant and bar was pretty good, especially our barmaid Betty which was awesome she was great. The buffet in the morning for breakfast was so-so, but the people that were working at were fantastic. I didn't know about coffee in the lobby until I inquired about it, would be nice to have choices of flavored coffee and tea, our Motel in Bar Harbor provide a 24-hour flavored coffee snacks fruit tea and free water bottles, that would have been a nice touch for the amount of money we paid for a room nightly.
I did not stay here but used their overnight parking lot while traveling flying out of Portland. Accommodating, easy to access, staff was very helpful and a smooth shuttle ride to and from airport even with bad weather on landing day.
The very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Right across the street from the mall and next to the airport. Shuttle service to the airport is free. Restaurant has good food.
1 Elevator was down but still gad no issues getting to room. Good Matress and pillows which is key. Really close to airport.
Decent room for the price, beds were comfy and location cant be beat when staying for an event. Pool area is chilly, make sure to bring something to stay warm after.
